The Stolen Ring
The thieves have been arrested, but the most valuable ring is still missing. The team must find out where they hid it before they are caught.
Online research by teams
A virtual investigation where every question can change the case
Participants become detectives and must solve three cases from an online platform. After the general briefing, they are organized into teams of 5 to 8 people and move into private video call rooms. There they interrogate suspects created with artificial intelligence, review clues and build their hypotheses. Each correct conclusion adds points. At the end, everyone returns to the general room to discover the outcome and meet the winning team.
3 cases
progressive difficulty and free questions to suspects
Cluedo AI Virtual is an online investigation guided by a live presenter. Each team accesses three progressive difficulty cases from the browser, freely interrogates characters created with artificial intelligence, examines objects and collects digital clues. Participants work on a private video call, hand out lines of inquiry, and record their findings on the platform. The presenter introduces the experience, offers support during the game and brings the group together to reveal the final results.
The general video call is transformed into a detective room. After the briefing, you and your team enter a private room and the first case appears. Someone interrogates the suspect, another person orders the clues and the rest contrasts alibis. Unexpected questions open up new lines of inquiry, but the clock is ticking. After closing each hypothesis, the group returns to the general room to share the outcome, compare scores and find out who has done the best research.
Artificial intelligence turns interrogations into open conversations: each team can ask different questions and build their own strategy. The online format makes it easier for people from different locations to collaborate on an equal footing.
The presenter explains the mission, platform, and scoring system.
The group is divided into teams of 5 to 8 people to investigate privately.
Teams ask suspects and contrast their answers.
Each team reviews objects, alibis, and contradictions of the case.
Detectives record their responses before time runs out.
The whole group returns to the main room to find out the results and the winner.
The platform incorporates the corporate image of the client.
The experience alternates a general video call for the briefing and closing with private rooms for each team. We can use breakout rooms within the same platform or separate video call links, depending on the tool and the client's technology policy.
We recommend using Zoom, which Teaming Labs can provide and configure, as it allows you to easily manage the general session and private rooms by teams. We can also adapt the activity to Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Webex or other corporate platforms of the client, although it may be necessary for the company to previously configure the rooms, permissions or accesses.
The activity is designed to be played from a computer. Each participant needs to connect to the platform and communicate via video call at the same time. You can also participate from a tablet with an updated browser.
No need to install the gaming platform: it is accessed from the browser. Only the app or web version of the agreed video call should be available.
The support team helps throughout the session. In addition, peers stay together in the private room, so the investigation can continue while the incident is resolved.
Yes. Cluedo AI Virtual is designed for distributed teams. We organize schedules, languages and private rooms so that everyone competes under the same conditions.
Cluedo AI Virtual es una de las actividades de team building online de Teaming Labs, que también cuenta con una versión presencial de esta investigación.
