Data we process and why
Budget requests
Name and surname, email, optional telephone number and the description of the event you provide. We use them to respond to your request, prepare the proposal, and maintain related business communication. Legal basis: consent and execution of the pre-contractual relationship.
Technical data of the request
Next to the form, the page from which it is sent, the activity of origin, the origin of the visit and the language are recorded, in order to better respond to the request and measure what content generates interest. Legal basis: Legitimate interest.
Participation in activities
During a contracted event, the minimum data necessary to organize teams and show results is processed, usually a name or alias. Legal basis: execution of the contract with the organizing company.
Retention and recipients
We retain the data for as long as necessary to fulfill the request and comply with applicable legal obligations. We can communicate them to suppliers that provide us with hosting, mail, commercial management and video call services, always with the contractual guarantees required by data protection regulations. We do not sell data to third parties.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, or objection to the processing of your personal data, as well as withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to reservas@teaminglabs.com. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
